ThinkTLS's field engineering services, ThinkFORCE, allow for anytime dispatch coverage, recurring visits, and extended onsite services. As a managed service, we give clients the ability to consume Level 1 through Level 3 Technical resources for short-term or long-term needs. The program encompasses onboarding of locations for service, alignment of "skilled" resources, delivery within specified service levels and/or key performance requirements, as well as operational management and reporting.
L1 - L3 Services
ThinkFORCE Anytime Technical Dispatch Services coverage was designed to facilitate our clients' emergencies as well as planned events. Arrival windows can be as short as four hours to address emergency incidents our clients may be experiencing. The dispatched service can be scheduled for days, weeks, or months out to align with requests and projects on the schedule.
Project Management Organization
